In case you were stuck under a rock last night, the 2009-10 NBA preseason kicked off last night for the Celtics down in Texas as the C’s took on the Houston Rockets.

Stat of the Night for last nights game:

K. Garnett: 13:18 minutes

Period.

Forget about the 6 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals. For Celtics fans, the most important thing coming off of last season is season Kevin Garnett back on the floor and playing basketball.

In my opinion, Garnett looked decent, but still not 100%. He running wasn’t that fluid, but his “game presence” and jump shot looked to be back in fine form.
